I am Melanie, founder and proprietor of Brew 52 Coffee Bars. I started out in 2022, taking the leap from a secure, well-paid position into the unknown. It’s been a fabulous journey of discovery that grows with each passing year. After more than 30 years in the hospitality world, serving people has become second nature to me. I’ve spent my career learning what truly makes a great experience — warmth, consistency, and a genuine connection — and my coffee vans are an extension of all those values. these days, I’m not just pouring coffee; I’m building something meaningful for my young family and for the community we’re proud to be part of. Supporting local is at the heart of everything I do. From the beans I brew to the suppliers I partner with, I choose small, independent, and community minded businesses whenever possible.
